How we work with you

Design

1. If you choose one of our existing packages and can provide the CADD drawings of the shell area, we will drop in the design for you at no charge.   
2. If you want a few small changes to one of these existing packages, we can accommodate you for $1/sq ft.  
3. If you would like us to provide a custom design to fit into an area you specify, we can do that for $3/sq ft.

Supply

We would like to bid on the supply of the slides, spray features, pool & filtration & HVAC because these are very specialized products that need to work together properly to have long term a successful operation. HVAC in pool areas with slides is very different than other HVAC areas. If done improperly, it will result in all kinds of expensive problems to fix. We can provide cost estimates quickly to assist your budgeting and planning process.
